Best ice cream in San Diego, hands down. Known for wacky and bold flavors, if you can handle the hour wait, it's well worth your time.

There's a reason Salt & Straw's are popping up all along the west coast...it's because their ice cream is SO GOOD! Situated in Little Italy (very walkable and cute part of SD) Salt & Straw always has a line because it's worth it if you love ice cream! They will also let you try all the flavors before honing in on one so take advantage of that.

When you visit Little Italy, this ice cream place is a must! They have unique flavors, which change monthly. Definitely upgrade to their freshly made waffle cone.
