In addition to an impressive collection of kids books, they have regular story time for kids ($10).

Most amazing children's bookstore ever! Even if you don't like kids, it's worth a peek just for the amazing displays -- Goodnight Moon, James and the Giant Peach, and Dr. Seuss all come to life! Kids and parents gather around a full-size tree in the middle of the store to listen to regular story readings often performed in costume at 10, 12, 3, and 5 pm. They often have special events with free food to sample, ie Easter, Ramadan, Alice in Wonderland, etc.. Just love this place! Wonderful owner - remembers all the childrens' names.
