The protagonist is the Adriatic Sea: the basic idea is to recreate, in a modern variety, products, foods, wines, meats and cheeses that until a few decades ago were everyday's food and drink in Venice. Wine, olives and yoghurt from the Aegean, Istrian Malvasia wines from the venetial hinterland, "Primitivo" from Puglia accompany cheeses from Friuli, Trentino, the Conero riviera, salame fromTreviso, Dalmatian fish and sausages and especially fresh vegetables "zero kilometers" from the islands of the venetian lagoon.
