Most of these propaganda posters were destroyed after Mao's death so even the fact that they have so many of them well preserved is impressive in an of itself. Beyond that the explanations are well translated into English and French and really take you through the history of China, highlighting the different aspects of Chinese life in that time, and also giving you a history of the world through China's eyes. It's really quite amazing. The posters are amazing, featuring talent of lots of different artistic styles based on influences and the time of production
