This is a GEM! Extremely tasty salads, try the Tomato Tamari dressing- YUM! Organic food, lots of variety, great cozy atmosphere. My favorite entree is the Chicken with Brie;)

This is a personal favorite in downtown Frederick. It's a whole foods restaurant specializing in chicken, seafood and vegetarian cuisine. Everything is house-made using only natural and many organic ingredients - soups, salads, sandwiches, stir-fries and dinner entrees. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! A locally sourced menu with vegan and gluten-free offerings. We really love this place! The food is fresh & yummy and they have good beer selections. Get a table by the window for great people watching!
