Charlie is the best! He'll help you with anything. We like to grab a crossiant sandwich and a coconut water. They also make sandwiches, bagels, etc. They often have live music on Friday nights.

Local hang out. Good bagels - open early - closes mid afternoon. Sometimes has music/entertainment local gatherings in the evenings.

Cheap coffee and food, they have strange hours but they have a good assortment of sandwiches, drinks and snacks.
