Confucius is open for dinner year round and Sunday Brunch is available during the off-season. The menu is compact and includes Specialty Dishes, Innovative Items and also some universally popular Americanized Dishes (such as General Tso’s Chicken). The restaurant prides itself in providing the freshest product possible.
