Orlando is also a fan of "small cakes" (cupcakes) and a number of shops in the city specialize in rotating an array of icing-topped hand-held treats. Blue Bird is well-know and consistently provides what some may call "ideal cakes" in texture. A word of warning, they may be cupcake-centric, as even their brownies carry this signature texture.
