City's best butcher shop. All local, pasture raised meat. Excellent selection!

Great high-quality beef, pork, lamb, and (I think) goat. Definitely an important stop if you feel like making a fancy meal. I believe they restock on beef on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so I try to go then for the best selection of cuts.
