This is such a unique one of a kind place you likely won't find anywhere else in the Pacific Northwest. Walk up the stairs into the turn of the century building, as you step onto the 2nd floor landing, you feel like you are in 1910 and looking for an office. Then you spot the Meadery sign and realize that it is not 1910, but more like 1000 A.D. Put on your Viking helmet and enjoy a robust beverage or two. From their website: "Mac Mead Hall is a viking-themed mead and honey wine bar. The Mead Hall opened in September 2017 and is located upstairs inside the historic Union Block Building in the downtown area of McMinnville, Oregon. Our team has curated some of the finest meads of the Pacific Northwest, while also showcasing outstanding meads from around the world. We are open Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 11pm." From Yelp: "Best and exclusive mead hall in Oregon. You feel like a Viking when you enter the room. I recommend the getting the flight going from dry to sweet. In a town filled with nothing but wine. This was a nice change of pace."
