One of the best terraces in town. Amazing views, drinks are good, food is ok. The terrace is at the top roof of the hotel.

Bar on a Terrasse in the Old port of Montreal. Very nice view of the historical buildings and the Saint Lawrence River. Definitely go up there. Also, to get to the Terasse, you have to go through the Hotel Lobby, since the place is a Hotel :)
