There is a public beach here and it is located in the bay so very calm water and beautiful sunsets.

Cheboygan State Park is a public recreation area on the shores of Lake Huron. There are beautiful views of the Fourteen Foot Shoal Light and the remains of the 1859 Cheboygan Point Light plus a distant view of the Poe Reef Light.
