Tim's is located on beautiful Lake Anna, deck overlooking the water, enjoy live music in the evening, or play a round of miniature golf.

It's a nice place right on the Lake. Usually have to wait for a table but it's the place to go for seafood and live music. If it's nice, eat outside.

Great Seafood Restaurant only 1.5 Nautical Miles from Little Bit O 'Heaven. Grab a drink, sit on the patio, enjoy some crab legs.

Great food by the lake with plenty of outdoor seating to watch the boats go by. Just a short boat ride away from the sandbar.
