The Airport, it's far, so you cannot walk to the centre from here. The taxi will cost a bit, so cheaper way is taking a bus 615 for 5€. Keep the ticket, you can change to another bus within 1,5hours.

About 30 min. drive away. Taxis and Uber (runs from July 2018 onwards) for door to door service. Many (although no direct without change) public transportation options nearby. Recommended btwn airport and city is Finnair bus and btwn city and Ullanlinna is bus 24 which stops right in front of the block.
