Toronto's First Post Office is a historic post office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is the oldest purpose-built post office in Canada that functioned as a department of the British Royal Mail, and the only surviving example.

Toronto's First Post Office (or Fourth York Post Office) is an 1834 post office in Toronto. It is the oldest purpose-built and the only surviving example, of a post office that functioned as a department of the British Royal Mail in Canada. Located at 260 Adelaide Street East, the building now houses a museum and a full-service post office, run by the Town of York Historical Society. Get a direct access from my building , one minute way by foot.

Write someone a letter written with old timey ink and quill. This little-known tourist spot is worth the visit.

Want to send a postcard home the old fashioned way with a stamped wax seal. Great place to visit right downtown. Otherwise if you need stamps you can buy them everywhere but not waxed!
