Old town Amersfoort is really nice. A historic center with shops and bars surrounded by architecture from the good old days. Def worth a visit if you're in town for a while. Easily accessible by train from Bilthoven (15 min).

Amersfoort is an incredibly beautiful, cozy city with beautiful sights, monuments, canals, cozy streets, beautiful buildings, lovely terraces and the best shopping city in the Netherlands. www.vvvamersfoort.nl
