Boston beach is a communion of good food, better people, the best sand and pure pretty water. Have a serving of jerk chicken or seafood while relaxing on the sand. Or rent a surfoard and ride the blue foamy waves. For an immersive experience this is the beach to visit because any locals you see are members of the surrounding community. Eat well and meet well.

Located in the parish of Portland, Boston Beach is known for its "jerk" pork and chicken stands and could be considered the birthplace of the spicy jerk seasoning for which Jamaica is known.

Great beach for surfing. In the vicinity Boston Jerk Centre, the famous one in the entire Jamaica. It only take 5 minute on public transportation to get there.

This stunning white-sand stretch, is the only beach in Jamaica with waves high enough to surf. Boston Bay is also one of the few remaining public strands on the island. It continues to attract more locals than tourists and as such is nearly vendor-free. You can watch kids splashing about on their boards, or you can rent your own for a Surfing 101 lesson. Be forewarned: As at many beaches, sometimes the waves are flat, but you can console yourself with a short stroll down the beach to the famous Boston Bay jerk chicken stands.

A very picturesque beach and a great place to watch the surfers. Boston is well known for its good waves, therefore on any given day you may catch them our there. Aside from that the beach is beautiful and a lovely place to spend the day. Well located next to Boston Jerk Centre so lunch is a no brainer
