The Sedona Atheltic Club, one of the two fitness facilities within walking distance of the complex. I love the 25 meter lap pool, the well equipped gym, warrior pit, the classes and of course the spa. The Efora Spa has a wonderful spa and massage menue.

The Sedona Athletic Club is open to the public, and usually offers both one day passes and weekly passes. The club provides a gym, locker rooms with steam rooms and saunas, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and numerous exercise classes.
