Sweet Soul Food is so good, it has to move across the street to triple the floor space. Right now, she's a lean, friendly buffet serving 100% vegan inspired, New Orleans soul food dishes. The last time I brought mamma to the restaurant, we met someone who flew from Washington DC to eat here. Yes, it's that good. The buffet is also super reasonably priced. $9.99 for any three items. The tables flip quick because the flavors are spot on. It also made the top 100 restaurants for vegetarian/vegan options, by the Advocate local newspaper.

Sweet Soulfood 1025 N Broad St Sweet Soulfood is an all vegan restaurant. This small restaurant has a relaxed vibe that accommodates it’s classic New Orleans eats like red beans and rice, jambalaya, and bread pudding. They have a rotating menu, so be sure to check their website to see what they will be serving beforehand.

Great VEGAN cuisine! I enjoy eating at this venue and I bring my entire family there and they enjoy it as well.
