Puka Pukara es una de las fortalezas creadas para la defensa de la ciudad de Cuzco. Formada por muros y terrazas, la conocida como “Fortaleza Roja” (por el color que tienen sus piedras al anochecer) es un buen ejemplo de la arquitectura militar inca.
