At Energihotellet you will have a food experience in harmony with the surroundings. We use local produce in every way we can, such as Suldalskinke (cured ham), trout or scar from the lake. Lamb and venison are supplied by local farmers and locally produced sausages. Food and drinks are always designed to compliment the seasonal availability. Local produce and services are also a key feature in the activities we offer. We can arrange a tour to Ham Loft ("Skinkeloftet"), where the local ham is cured, a fishing trip at the lake or Al Fresco Dining. In the summer season we serve lunch from 13:00-16:00, and we are open to bookings for dinner also for guests not staying in the hotel. We request
