The tracks are across the river from us and we're able to watch the trolley pass by and for the month of December, they dress it up to be the Polar Express. In the summer, they will do several different war re-enactments. Fun for the little ones.

Very cool local attraction, they host events some times. Check out the trolleys in South Elgin
