A public rooftop bar with amazing views of DC, Crystal City, and Arlington! Explore the Wharf while you're there. They have great drinks but the food isn't as spectacular so go before/after lunch/dinner. The Wharf parking garage is expensive. If you want to save some cash, ask Cory for tips on finding street parking.
