With a great and ambience and the best haddock chowder you may find anywhere, this spot is a New Hope gem. While the cocktails and food are pricey, Salt House’s kitchen is open until 11:44pm, making it a perfect late night dinner spot and it’s bar is open until 2am. My advice is try to get a table upstairs, as that’s where the Salt House’s charm really shines, and if you like seafood, get the haddock chowder—I order it every time.
