Villasimius: During the Summer, this otherwise calm and small village turns into a vibrant holiday destination. At night time they close part of the city center to traffic and you can go for a bit of shopping, a nice walk and delicious Gelato from one of the many Gelaterie. It'25 minutes drive, but unfortunately the road is all winding and pretty dark, so not the most pleasant drive during the night.

If you don't mind a 90min drive (can be longer in heavy traffic) Villasimius has two great beaches either side of the large marina & a lagoon. Great place for diving. Beautiful but more of a resort!

Villasimius, one of Sardinia’s famous tourist village, also thanks to the presence of the tourist port, close to the headland of Capo Carbonara.
