Not only it has great brunch options, Franco is walking distance. It's a very nice coffee shop so you can visit them at any time.

Great spot for breakfast. Good latte options, including matcha, tea and mimosas. Plenty of different food options, including gluten free.

Got up late and want a good brunch? Head to Franco Café, offering all sorts of bakery and classic brunchs. As always, good Costa Rican coffee.
