Built by Ned Doheny in Gothic style, this is a true Beverly Hills mansion. Ned was killed here, supposedly by his butler, with whom he might have been having a relationship. The park is beautiful, great views.
Visitors can take self-guided tours of this sprawling mansion & grounds, a location in many films. Free. I like the small pond.

Gorgeous old manor. Indoors is off limits unless you purchase permits but the outside grounds are usually open to the public.
