Very small but super popular mom and pop restaurant that has the best ramen we have ever tried! Make sure to check their hours as they are closed a few days of the week!

Tori Ramen is the first ramen concept to hit St. Paul, in the neighborhood of Summit-University. Their shop specializes in Pork free ramen served quick and with excellence. They are free of the following: GMO'S, corn syrups, food coloring, artificial colors, and piglet. They support the following: Organics, scratch cooking, bird farming, fermentation, and nice people. Closed Monday and Tuesday
