Family owned for over one hundred years. Wow! There are very few businesses that can claim to be family owned for that long, but here in Placerville we have such a business—The Placerville News Company. Since 1912, our family has been here to help you and your family. One thing that has served us well over the years and helped us reach this mark is our diversity of merchandise. From Schwinn bicycles to Fine Bone China, there are very few things that we have not carried in the last one hundred years. Today we continue that tradition: from artist supplies, puzzles and tobacco to Yankee Candles, Lead Crystal, and yes we still carry Bone China tea cups!
