A nice place to start your walk in the dune area of Castricum . There is a watchtower on the top of the hill. Just take the stairs to the top.

Visit this lookout for a great view of the area! After climbing the long stairs to the lookout, walk a little further, you will pass the “Kabouterbos” (small gnome houses) and then take a rest at the Hof van Kijk uit.
