With over 1 million books, the Luis Ángel Arango Library is one of the most important public libraries in Latin America as well as a cultural draw. It includes a concert hall, an events center and art expositions. The library's bookshop is a good source of publications related to Colombia. Entry is free. Mon - Sun 8 am - 8 pm banrepcultural.org
