One of the more recent additions is Makou and, despite the exceedingly high competition of similar restaurants in the area, it laid down a solid marker in the summer and looks to have comfortably slotted in as one of Larnaca’s top coastal eateries. It is situated directly on the seafront on Piale Pasa Street on the long road which goes all the way from the town centre to Mackenzie Beach. The area, including the nearby Mackenzie strip, has become a hotbed for these types of restaurants which specialise in high quality fish as well as converting into upscale bars by night.

nice location , good food by the sea. Also a beach bar with beds and umbrellas.
