Home to the Jasper tunnel over 300ft long linking Grand Sable with Byera Bay. This tunnel was constructed by slave labour around 1815 to provide an access route for sugar exports. With its black sand beach, picnic area and densely populated coconut trees, it is one of the most popular recreation sites on the island.
