You are staying at the foot of the Pecos Wilderness, check out these trails and trail maps to find gorgeous mountain hikes that match your level and interest. Check out the Santa Fe Area Hiking Trails book on the book shelf :). I also recommend downloading the All Trails app. There are also spots along the road up the Pecos Canyon to pull over and stick your feet in the river if you’re hankering for the sound and feel of cold mountain water.

Lots of beautiful scenery. On Route 63 all the way up to Jacks Creek at end of road. From house approx. 15 miles.
