It's a great beach, not as crowded as other ones and quite empty if you keep on walking towards Premia de Mar ( North). There's a seaside walkable and bikeable really nice and afterwards you can have a drink at any Chiringuito ( bars right on the sand) you like: The sunset over Barcelona is beautiful from here.

Nice and large beach. You can park at El Masnou port.

Very close by, can park at the Marina (just watch for underpass exit on right side before the roundabout at the very bottom of the road from Alella. You'll also find the Ocata metro entrance, just continue walking 5 min towards the north or even stop for lunch at the Marina. There are several places for lunch / drinks on the beach.
