Owners Daniela and Luz were born in Caracas, and when they arrived in Spain the first thing they missed were incredible fruit juices available at all hours. They make cold-pressed juices like the Bloody Beet with celery and lemon and the Rabbit with orange, carrot, ginger, cucumber, and spinach. All their cuisine is based on clean eating. Along with juice for breakfast, order their oatmeal and chia pancakes, their avocado or eggplant toast, or their eggs in the oven that come from happy hens.
