There are several museums in the area near Mount Forge, but none are based around the Native American history quite like Ninepipes. This place is a great view into the history of the indigenous people that occupied the region for thousands of years. There are amazing handmade artifacts and beautiful stories of the tribes of Montana. This little gem is just a few miles south of here and is well worth the time if you are interested in the native life of the valley. The photographs and artifacts are excellent as is the gift shop.
