If you are looking for a chill, quiet local spot with cheap drinks and great conversation, head to this little known neighborhood favorite, better known at "Ms. Carols" after the bar owner. Tuesday's are oyster nights and Friday's are fried fish! Tell her Amanda says hi :)

A locals bar where all the locals are friendly and want to know who you are and where your from. Sometimes it’s open, sometimes it’s not! If it’s open, I highly suggest going in for a drink. This is by the far the friendliest locals bar in the city. I love this place! It looks a little different from the outside, but the inside is awesome. Take my word for it, you must stop here!
