This small neighborhood beach offers prime real estate for watching the sunset. You’ll find a restroom and picnic area at the top of the hill and a quiet beach down below, tucked in between lakefront cottages on each side. Parking is very limited (10 spots), but free.

Located at 3099 Lakeshore Drive in Douglas. The steps down to the beach have been rebuilt and officially reopen the week of May 24, 2021.

Enjoy the beach of Lake Michigan without having to fight the crowds. Small parking lot, but there is usually always one last spot available.

This beach is only a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from The Dorothy.

Nice beach, but there is very little parking and there are about 5 stories of stairs down to the beach
