Sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze and stunning views any time of day. Pacific Villas: Unit 2 is located in the 2-story ocean front west building on the 2nd floor. The unit is ocean facing with a spectacular view and is nestled in a small, family owned 6-unit vacation rental complex on the Oceanside Strand. Check In: Guest will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM. Check Out: Guests must depart by 11am firm. Please note that the property has same-day turnover, therefore we do not allow for early check-in or late check-out as our cleaning & maintenance staff rely on that window of time to prepare the unit for the upcoming stay. Turnover fee is non-negotiable as it is paid directly to the third party cleaning and linen services whom professionally clean our units between each and every stay. Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events. Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property. *Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the parking spot is tight (7 ft wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot.
