Sea Cottage is a cozy 16 year old house with 3 bedroom + 2 baths. The fully equiped kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. Step outside to play in the sand, throw a crab trap in the bay or walk minutes past the seals to the ocean. Updates: Now 65 gallon hybrid water heater, new refrigerator with filtered water and ice, new dishwasher, TV in the master bedroom, 4 crab traps, 50 amp, 240 volt receptacle in the garage for charging electric vehicles, garage door opener for guests.

A very clean, comfortable room with a private entrance, large private bathroom, king-sized bed, beautiful view, great natural light, and a private deck overlooking the forest, wetlands and bay in the distance. We’re a small working llama farm only a 4-mile drive from the ocean in a rural setting overlooking a Nature Conservancy.
