The Capitol Museum is worth a trip and while you are there go up to the 23rd floor in the new capitol building and get a birds eye view of Tallahassee.

It has great exhibits on FL, beautiful architecture, and helpful staff. If you are interested in politics and Florida history, you need to visit at least once. They also have periodic events that are exceptionally well run. One Of Tallahassee's best museums! Distance - 3.3 miles

"The Old Capitol" was built in 1845. You can enter the old supreme court chamber.
