JIST: Hopping breakfast (all day) and lunch spot with great gluten free and vegan options. BIAS: Everything we've eaten here has been awesome and the old brick environment is chill.

The Exchange is one of my favorite coffee houses in the Colorado Springs area. Great coffee and a great location.

A casual vibe. Order at the counter kind of style but the food and Pastries are so good! Amazing selection of gluten free pastries also! Hopefully you catch a weekend when they have live music… a personal favorite is there Jazz brunches!
