Rent a kajak and explore the waters and islands around Vinterviken or even into the city center. In 1,5 h you can even paddle in beautiful nature all the way to Drottningholm Castle where the king and the queen actually lives. Ask me about it, and I can explain more. Or why not the other direction all the way into the city center.
