Ragunan Zoo (Indonesian: Kebun Binatang Ragunan) is a 140-hectare (350-acre) zoo located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Indonesia. It is a zoo that has an aviary and included a primate centre, and employs over 450 people. Many of the animals are endangered and threatened from all parts of Indonesia…
The biggest zoo in Indonesia. Special primates sanctuary is only at Ragunan zoo. You can reach this place only by Transjakarta bus
in my opinion, this zoo is better than the one in Safari Zoo (Puncak/Mountain area 2.5hrs away). Ragunan zoo has more animals than Safari Zoo , greenery, and very nice place to picnic. it is only around 30-45mins away.
Great place to do sports in the morning and you could see also the beautiful animals

“The closest mall around (5 km), but not very big and famous. But foreigners might still find it huge though. There's a traditional night market nearby. Two different kind of places in one place. ”

“Plaza Senayan offers a well-rounded collection of shops that mostly cater to the modern lifestyle with many international luxury brands. With its great selection of restaurants, it is a favourite go-to place for lunch among business people in Central Jakarta. Although Plaza Senayan might not be large if compared to Jakarta’s other grand malls, it does feature a refined, high-class appeal.”
