Nice walk along the Padilla Bay. Flat with wide trail.

Nice almost entirely level walk that is -almost- guaranteed to be snow-free year-round (but can be very(!) windy).

Approximately 2 mile (each way) Dike walkway offering great views of Padilla Bay tributary and Agricultural fields. Parking at the north end is across the street from the gate to trail, just up the hill to the left, on 2nd street .South end parking is next to the entrance.

We love coming here to walk our dogs. It's a nice trail right along Padilla Bay. Nice views, gravelled trail good for walking or biking. We've seen see otters play in the water here, and there are always logs of birds.

The Padilla Bay estuary reserve includes the Breazeale Interpretive Center, which features exhibits about the natural history and ecology of the estuary and bay. The three mile gravel waterfront trail is a great place for birdwatching, running, walking or biking.
