If you want to do water sports like banana boat rides, parasailing, fly fish, jet skis and so on, just go to the Conrad hotel. They are welcoming of visitors from outside the hotel for this. It is well organised and well priced and not like a lot of this area (eg touts everywhere). Good fun for all.
