On the Kouter you can find a small flower market from Monday until Saturday from 7am until 1pm. On Sundays there are much more vendors and you can have a drink and fancy appetizers at a food truck. It's a great experience and if you're lucky there is also a band playing.

Every Sunday there's a flower market until 1 - 2 PM. Paard Van Troje is a nice bookshop/coffeebar to stop by at that time.
