Megamart is the biggest american style wholesale supermarket. Huge air-conditioned aisles with all the various goods you could need. A taxi between Megamart and the Yachtclub should cost USD $5

You can find any and everything at MegaMart. Think grocery store plus wholesale club (like Sams or Costco in the United States). It's huge. Make a list before coming to avoid being overwhelmed, or just enjoy the experience. They are open 24 hours.
