This beautiful lake has a public beach. The cost to non-residents is $14/adult, $8 /child. Children 2 & under/free. It has a boat ramp. Cost for one day is $40. Season pass is $100.
Bring your boat, or conveniently rent one at a nearby marina! Or enjoy the lake from our private beach with the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon we provide. Candlewood Lake is a manmade lake located in Fairfield and Litchfield counties of Western Connecticut, in the northeastern United States. At 8.4 square miles, it is the largest lake in Connecticut and the largest lake within a 60 mile radius of New York City.
